All dishwashing machines must be of a type that complies with all requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago and Rules and Regulation of the Board of Health. DISHWASHING FACILITIES IN POOR REPAIR. FOUND HOT WATER VALVE UNDER 3 COMPARTMENT SINK TURNED OFF PREVENTING THE FLOW OF HOT WATER INTO SINK BASIN. ALSO FOUND THAT ONCE WATER VALVE TURNED BACK ON, THAT HOT WATER RUNS CONTINUOUSLY AND CAN NOT BE SHUT OFF BY USING THE FAUCET HANDLE. MUST REPAIR FAUCET SO THAT WATER CAN BE PROPERLY TURNED ON AND OFF FROM FAUCET HANDLE. ALSO, PIPES ARE HEAVILY LEAKING ONTO FLOOR WHEN WATER IS TURNED ON AT SINK. MUST REPAIR LEAKY PIPES.
