Prep cooler air temp at 62.4f, instructed manager to keep all cooler temperature at 41f or lower, cooler is tagged not allowed to use, must contact the office of CDPH for tag removal request. Priority violation 7-38-005.

NOTED APPROXIMALTEY 3 HALF QUARTS OF THE FOLLOWING OPENENED MILK (COFFEE MILK, ALMONS AND OAT) RANGING BETWEEN 52F-56F. ALL SAID MILK WAS VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED BY PERSON IN CHARGE INSTRUCTED TO HOLD ALL COLD TCS FOOD @ 41F OR BELOW AND MAINTAIN. PRIORITY VIOLATION. #7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.

INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE THERMOMETERS FOR INSIDE ALL REACH IN COOLERS CONTAINING DAIRY AND FOOD ITEMS (EGGS, SAUSAGES) THROUGHOUT PREP AREAS.

OBSERVED NO LABELS ON BULK CONTAINERS LOCATED IN REAR PREP/DISHWASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE COMMON NAME (SUGAR).

OBSERVED FOOD DEBRIS ON EQUIPMENT SURFACES WHERE DONUT DISPLAY IS LOCATED AND FOOD PREP AREA NEAR DRIVE THROUGH. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE AND MAINTAIN

OBSERVED TRASH ON GROUND SURROUNDING OUTSIDE RECEPTACLE. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE AND MAINTAIN REFUSE AREA TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.
