OBSERVED OUTSIDE REAR OF THE PREMISES NOT MAINTAINED STORING UNUSED FOOD EQUIPMENTS ETC. ON SIDE OF BUILDING AND EXCESSIVE HIGH WEEDS BEHIND THE REAR OUTDOOR PATIO.INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE UNNECESSARY ITEMS FROM THE PREMISES DUE TO POTENTIAL PEST HARBORAGE AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED EXCESIVE GREASE BUILD-UP ON FLOOR AND PIPES BEHIND THE COOKING EQUIPMENTS IN THE 1ST FLOOR MAIN KITCHEN PREP AREA AND FLOOR TILES NEED RE-GROUTING IN FRONT OF COOLERS IN SAME KITCHEN PREP AREA AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED CHIPPED PAINT ON THE BASEMENT PREP AREA CEILING ABOVE THE DISHMACHINE. INSTRUCTED TO SCRAPE AND REPAINT THE CEILING AND MAINTAIN TO SMOOTH,EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE.
ALLERGEN TRAINING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE A CITY OF CHICAGO FOOD SANITATION CERTIFICATE.INSTRUCTED TO COMPLETE TRAINING AND KEEP CERTIFICATE ON SITE.
