Only such poisonous and toxic materials as are required to maintain sanitary conditions may be used in food establishments and they shall not be used in any hazardous manner. TWO SPRAY BOTTLES OF GREASE CUTTER AND AN OPEN AEROSOL CAN OF STAINLESS STEEL CLEANER WERE FOUND STORED NEXT TO THE DEEP DISH PIZZA PANS IN THE PIZZA PREPARATION AREA. THESE ITEMS WERE REMOVED FROM THE PREP AREA AT THIS TIME.

Repair the damaged baseboard under the service bar where it is taped together so the baseboard is smooth and sanitary.
