NOTED HEAVY CLUTTER THROUGHOUT THE BASEMENT FOOD STORAGE/DRY STORAGE ON FLOOR AND SHELVES. INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN, ORGANIZE AND/OR REMOVE ALL UNNECESSARY ARTICLES TO PREVENT HIDING PLACES FOR PEST. MUST ELEVATE FOOD ITEMS 6" OFF THE FLOOR AND CREATE INSPECTION AISLES TO PROPERLY MONITOR PEST ACTIVITY.
NOTED FLOORS AT THE FOLLOWING AREA NOT MAINTAINED:- -FLOORS UNDERNEATH STOVE WITH THICK GREASE ACCUMULATION. -FLOORS UNDERNEATH SHELVING WITH HEAVY DIRT, FOOD DEBRIS AND DEAD ROACHES ESPECIALLY INSIDE THE CABINET FLOOR OF HAND WASH SINK. -FLOORS THROUGHOUT THE BASEMENT FOOD/DRY STORAGE WITH DIRT RAT DROPPING AND ROACHES. INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN. MUST UPGRADE HOUSEKEEPING. -
