Inspector Comments: All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN INTERIOR OF PREP COOLERS, MICROWAVE OVEN, AND INTERIOR OF HOT HOLDING UNIT. DEFROST ALL FREEZERS AND COOLERS.
Inspector Comments: The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN FLOORS UNDER AND AROUND ALL EQUIPMENT. SEAL HOLE AT FLOOR IN BREEZE WAY LEADING TO DOOR.
Inspector Comments: The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPAIR, REPLACE AND SEAL ALL OPENINGS AT WALLS AND AROUND PIPES, HOLE IN WALL AT STAFF TOILETROOM AND LOOSE WALL BASE.
