OBSERVED A HOLE IN THE WALL AT THE BOTTOM WHERE THE PIPE FROM THE GREASE TRAP IS IN THE HOT WATER TANK CLOSET IN THE REAR FOOD PREP/DISHWASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL SAID HOLE TO PREVENT HARBORAGE POINTS FOR PEST.
