Observed no paper towels at exposed hand sink dispenser unit, at kitchen prep area next to exit door entrance, to buffet area. Informed manager that paper towels are required at all exposed hand sinks whenever foods are prepared and served. Manager corrected the violation during inspection. Critical violation #7-38-030
Observed inventory, boxes of soda, yogurt, orange juice and butter packets stored on floor in true 1 door refrigerator, located on 5th floor beverage prep station. Instructed manager to elevate items at least 6 inches off the while in storage. Maintain at all times.

Garage doors are open gate on top, and have 1-3 inch gaps along bottom (of right door) and in all corner of both doors. Must correct the following minor violation: #38 NO BACK FLOW DEVICE ON COFFEE WATER LINE IN KITCHEN AND BANQUET ROOM.MUST INSTALL. (back flow prevention device is not installed on coffee water line in the kitchen. The banquet room coffee water line does have the backflow prevention device installed.) Serious violation 7-42-090.
