THE TUMBLER WITH OUT A HANDLE FOUND IN THE BAR ICE BIN AND THE SCOOP LEFT IN THE WAIT STATION ICE BIN ARE ALLOWING SECONDARY HAND CONTACT WITH EDIBLE ICE, STORE SANITARY SCOOPS IN OR ON A SANITARY SURFACE. Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination.
