FOUND NO SCREEN DOORS AT REAR EXIT DOORS THAT WERE WIDE OPEN. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE SCREEN DOORS AT REAR AND SIDE EXITS IF DOORS WILL BE OPEN TO AVOID INSECTS AND RODENTS FROM ENTERING ESTABLISHMENT.
OBSERVED REAR EXIT DOORS NOT RODENT PROOFED AS REQUIRED; INSTRUCTED TO PROPERLY RODENT PROOF DOORS TO AVOID RODENT ENTRY.
OBSERVED GROCERY BAGS BEING USED FOR FOOD STORAGE IN REFRIGERATION AND FREEZER UNITS; INSTRUCTED TO USE FOOD GRADE BAGS FOR ALL FOOD STORAGE.
OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT IN NEED OF CLEANING: BOTTOM AREA OF FRYERS, INTERIORS OF REFRIGERATION UNITS, WOK STATION AREA, PREP TABLES AND INTERIOR OF ICE MACHINE IN BASEMENT; INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED LEAKING FROM A WATER VALVE UNDERNEATH THE DISHMACHINE IN THE BASEMENT; INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR.
INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE FLOOR UNDER THE COOKING EQUIPMENT IN THE KITCHEN TO REMOVE BUILD UP AND GREASE, CLEAN WALLS AROUND AND BEHIND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT, CLEAN FLOOR THROUGHOUT BASEMENT AREA (STORAGE AND DISHWASHING). INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE VENT FANS ON THE WASHROOM CEIINGS TO REMOVE DUST ON FANS.
OBSERVED THE FLOOR IN THE BASEMENT DISHWASHING AREA IN POOR REPAIR. MISSING FLOOR TILE AND SOME AREAS NOT SMOOTH; INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE TILE WHERE NEEDED AND SMOOTH FLOOR. OBSERVED THE CEILING IN THE DISHWASHING AREA IN POOR REPAIR; INSTRUCTED TO MAKE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
NO FOOD HANDLER TRANING CERTIFICATES PROVIDED FOR SOME EMPLOYEES; INSTRUCTED TO HAVE FOOD HANDLERS OBTAIN THE REQUIRED FOOD HANDLER TRAINING.
