FOUND EXPOSED HAND SINK BY THE PIZZA OVEN AND PREP AREA NOT ACCESSIBLE.COMPLETELY COVERED WITH TWO STACKS OF SERVING/CARRY OUT FOAM PLATES, TWO STACKS OF SMALL PLASTIC CUPS,BOXES,LINENS ETC ON TOP THE SINK,IN FRONT OF THE SINK BUCKET WITH CLEANING SOLUTIONS PAPER ETC.. NO PAPER TOWELS PROVIDED AT SAID SINK, PUMP SOAP DISPENSER WAS INSIDE THE SINK WITH ALL ITEMS MENTIONED.EMPLOYEE STATING WE DON'T USE SINK BY THE PIZZA OVEN. EXPOSED HAND SINK BY THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IN KITCHEN,WHEN I TURNED ON HOT WATER HANDLE WATER WAS BROWN/RUSTY IN COLOR. AFTER MY REQUEST ALL ITEMS WAS REMOVED FROM SAID SINK. RUNNING HOT/COLD WATER PROVIDED,ALSO PAPER TOWELS AND SOAP.INFORMATION GIVEN ON HAND WASHING,AND KEEP EXPOSED HAND SINK ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES FOR HAND WASHING TO MINIMIZE SOURCE OF CONTAMINATION.
