INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REMOVE ALL ALUMINUM TIN FOIL ON SHELVES, SHELVES SURFACES MUST BE SMOOTH AND EASY TO CLEAN ALSO MUST USE ONLY FOOD GRADE PLASTIC BAGS TO STORE MEATS INSIDE FREEZER.
OBSERVED VENTILATION FILTERS WITH ACCUMULATED GREASE BUILD UP. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
PREP AREA EXPOSED HANDWASH BOWL PIPE DRAINING SLOWLY. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN SINK.
NO THERMOMETER INSIDE REACH IN PREP COOLER. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE THERMOMETER FOR COOLER.
NO FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATES ON PREMISES. INSTRUCTED MANAGER ALL FOOD HANDLERS MUST BE CERTIFIED WITH CERTIFICATES OF NAMES OF EMPLOYEES ON PREMISES.
