Soiled and clean linens, coats, and aprons shall be properly stored.OBSERVED WIPING CLOTHES ON SINK DRAIN BOARD INSTRUCTED TO STORE IN 100PPM OF CHLORINE SANITIZER.
PREMISES MAINTAINED FREE OF LITTER, UNNECESSARY ARTICLES, CLEANING EQUIPMENT PROPERLY STORED
