4-903.11 OBSERVED SCOOPS BEING STORED INSIDE OF DRY FOOD CONTAINERS. INSTRUCTED TO STORE SCOOPS OUT OF CONTAINERS WHEN NOT IN USE.
4-603.15 OBSERVED LARGE MIXING BOWLS THAT ARE TOO LARGE TO BE SUBMERGED IN THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE A WRITTEN PROCEDURE ON WASHING RINSING AND SANITIZING LARGE MIXING BOWLS ON SITE, OR ONLY USE MIXING BOWLS THAT CAN BE SUBMERGED IN THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK OR PROVIDE A 3 COMPARTMENT SINK WITH COMPARTMENTS LARGE ENOUGH FOR THE LARGEST PIECE OF EQUIPMENT ON SITE.
2-102.13 OBSERVED NO PROOF OF FOOD HANDLER TRAINING FOR THE ONE FEMALE AND TWO MALE FOOD HANDLERS THAT ARE ON SITE. INSTRUCTED TO MEET REQUIREMENT FOR ALL FOOD HANDLERS.
