NO CITY OF CHICAGO FOOD SANITATION CERTIFICATE POSTED ON THE PREMISES. PREMISES COOKS AND SERVES BBQ RIBS, CHICKEN WINGS AND BRISKET. BEEF BRISKET WAS BEING COOKED IN THE OVEN AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT A CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGER MUST BE PRESENT WITH A CITY OF CHICAGO FOOD SANITATION CERTIFICATE AT ALL TIMES WHILE POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS ARE BEING PREPARED AND SERVED. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-012.
PLASTIC UTENSILS MUST BE STORED WITH HANDLES UP TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION BY HANDS.
