All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. NEED TO DETAIL CLEAN FILTERS ABOVE THE COOKING EQUIPMENT IN THE KITCHEN(GREASE BUILD-UP).ALSO CLEAN INTERIOR BOTTOM PART OF DEEP FRYER(GREASE BUILD-UP).
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN FLOOR UNDER THE DISPLAY CASE(FRONT AREA), DUST AND DEBRIS BUILD-UP.
