INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE BOTTOM OF THE FRYER IN THE KITCHEN TO REMOVE GREASE, CLEAN INSIDE OF REFRIGERATION AND FREEZER UNITS AND SHELVES INSIDE OF UNITS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE CAN OPENER BLADE AT THE PREP TABLE IN THE KITCHEN.
INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE FLOORS UNDER AROUND AND BEHIND ALL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT, CLEAN WALLS AND PIPES AROUND AND ABOVE EQUIPMENT WHERE NEEDED. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN INTERIORS OF LIGHT SHIELDS WHERE NEEDED AND CLEAN CEILING VENTS TO REMOVE DIRT.
