MISSING SPRAYER AT 2-COMP SINK & WATER SPRAYING BADLY ON THE WATER SUPPLY LINE OF THE 3-COMP SINK SPRAYER, MUST BE FIXED/REPLACED & MAINTAINED. All dishwashing machines must be of a type that complies with all requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago and Rules and Regulation of the Board of Health.
EXTERIOR OF GREASE TRAPS, DRIP PANS OF ORANGE JUICE & TEA DISPENSERS MUST BE KEPT CLEAN. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.
ANY MOLDY CAULKING BETWEEN SINKS & WALL, IN REAR DISHWASHING AREA MUST BE REPLACED. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN FLOORS UNDER AND AROUND FRYERS AND CONVEYOR BELT. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
