4-601.11(C): OBSERVED FOOD DEBRIS ON UNDER THE MICROWAVE ABOVE THE FOOD PREP COOLER IN THE REAR AND ENCRUSTED GREASE ON THE OUTERIOR SIDES OF THE COOKING EQUIPMENT IN THE REAR FOOD PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE DEBRIS AND ENCRUSTED GREASE AND MAINTAIN.
2-102.13: OBSERVED NO ALLERGEN TRAINING CERTIFICATE FROM NEW CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGER. INSTRUCTED ALL CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGERS MUST TAKE COURSE AND MAINTAIN RECORD ON SITE AND MAINTAIN.
