RODENT PROOF SIDE OF TAVERN ENTRANCE DOOR. PEST CONTROL REPORT MENTIONS ALL OF THE ABOVE AND HOLES THAT NEED SEALING IN THREE BASEMENTS.

DOOR TO MENS WASHROOM IN TAVERN IS A HALF DOOR. FULL DOOR WAS REMOVED BY OWNER. OTHER PATRONS CAN SEE INSIDE AS THEY WALK BY IF WASHROOM IS IN USE. INSTRUCTED THAT A FULL DOOR MUST BE PUT IN PLACE OF HALF DOOR AND BE COMPLETELY ENCLOSED PER CHICAGO MUNICIPAL CODE P. 87.
