OBSERVED NO BARRIER BETWEEN EXPOSED HAND WASH SINK AND 3 COMPARTMENT SINK LOCATED IN REAR DISH WASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN A BARRIER BETWEEN EXPOSED HAND WASH SINK AND 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.
OBSERVED A CAN OPENER ATTACHED TO REAR PREP TABLE IN REAR PREP AREA COVERED IN RUST AND FOOD DEBRIS INSTRUCTED TO EITHER CLEAN AND MAINTAIN OR DISCARD.
OBSERVED VENTILATION HOOD ABOVE FRYERS AND GRILL COVERED IN GREASE AND GRIME. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED NO FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATES ON SITE AT TIME OF INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED ALL EMPLOYEES MUST OBTAIN FOOD HANDLER TRAINING AND MAINTAIN RECORD THEREOF ON SITE AT ALL TIMES.
