INSTRUCTED MANAGER ALL POTENTAILLY HAZARDOUS FOODS MUST BE 40 F OR BELOW. ALL THE ABOVE OUT OF TEMPERATURE POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS VOLUNTARILLY DISCARDED AT THIS TIME.
