NOTED BULK DRY INGREDIENTS IN CONTAINTERS STORED ON FRONT PREP TABLE WITHOUT LABELS. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE LABELS OF COMMON NAMES FOR ALL ITEMS REMOVED FROM ITS ORIGINAL CONTAINER.
NOTED UNNECESSARY ITEMS STORED ON BASEMENT FLOOR, INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE. ALL KEPT ITEMS ARE TO BE STORED ON PROPER SHELVING THAT IS NON-POROUS, SMOOTH AND EASY TO CLEAN AND A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES FROM THE GROUND.
