OBSERVED COLD WATER NOZZLE NOT FUNCTIONING. PERSON IN CHARGE RESTORED COLD WATER DURING INSPECTION. MUST MAINTAIN AND PROVIDE HOT/COLD RUNNING WATER AT ALL TIMES.
OBSERVED EXPOSED DRY WALL TO THE RIGHT OF THE WASHBOWL SINK IN THE EMPLOYEE WASHROOM. INSTRUCTED TO RESURFACE MENTIONED AREA TO ENSURE WALLS ARE SEALED, SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
