INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE OR CLEAN UNUSED EQUIPMENT (FRYER, POTS, HOT HOLDING UNIT ETC) STORED BEHIND THE FRONT COUNTER.
OBSERVED SEVERAL FOOD HANDLING EMPLOYEES WITHOUT A FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT ALL FOOD HANDLING EMPLOYEES MUST SHOW PROOF OF FOOD HANDLER TRAINING CERTIFICATE.
