Instructed all hand sinks must be stocked with soap and paper towels (or hand dryers) at all times. Instructed hand sink may only be used to wash hands. Instructed hand sinks must be easily accessible at all times. Operator provided soap and paper towels for all hand sinks during inspection. Operator removed items stored inside hand sinks.
