OBSERVED ABOUT 30 MOUSE DROPPING IN REAR LOCKER AND FOOD STORAGE AREA AND 10 IN FRONT SERVICE AREA NEXT TO SERVICE STATION. ALSO NOTED OVER 1/4" GAP ON LEFT SIDE OF FRONT DOOR AND OVER 1/2" GAP UNDER REAR PREP AREA DOOR. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL SERVICE, CLEAN AND SANITIZE EFFECT AREAS AND CONTROL ACTIVITY. ALSO INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SEAL ALL GAPS IN AND UNDER FRONT AND REAR DOORS.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. REPLACE LARGE POTS WITH SMALLER, EASILY SANITIZED POTS.
