MUST REPAIR WARPED FLOOR IN FRONT OF THE FRONT ENTRANCE/EXIT DOOR SO AS TO BE SMOOTH AND FLAT.
WALLS, CEILINGS, ATTACHED EQUIPMENT CONSTRUCTED PER CODE: GOOD REPAIR, SURFACES CLEAN AND DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS
MUST REPAIR CORNER WALL IN FRONT OF THE FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR. FOUND TOP CORNER OF WALL IN POOR REPAIR.
