INDAEQUATE WASHROOM FACILITIES. OBSERVED ONE TOILET ROOM LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE FOOD ESTABLISHMENT IN ADJACENT REAR HALL. IT APPEARS THAT WASH ROOM HAS BEEN DESIGNATED TO THE EXSISTING NEXT DOOR FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. TWO SEPARATE RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS CANNOT SHARE WASHROOM FACILITIES IN THIS SCENARIO. MUST INSTALL WASHROOM INSIDE RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT.
OBSERVED A BUILD UP OF MATERIALS OUTSIDE THE REAR DOOR AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ANY AND ALL CLUTTER OF MATERIALS AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING ANY POSSIBLE PEST AND INSECT HARBORING.
