FRONT COOLER DOOR GASKET (LEFT SIDE) IS IN POOR REPAIR-MUST FIX/REPLACE. THE SPLASH GUARD AT REAR HANDSINK MUST BE PERMANENTLY ATTACHED. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.
GASKETS OF FRONT COOLER DOORS, INTERIOR FLOORS OF MOST COOLERS & INTERIOR SIDES OF ICE MACHINE NEED CLEANING-DUE TO FOOD DEBRIS. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.
FLOORS AROUND EQUIPMENT AT FRONT PREP AREA & IN THE WATER TANK ROOM NEED CLEANING. ALL STOCK/SUPPLIES IN BASEMENT & ON STAIRCASE MUST BE ELEVATED OFF THE FLOOR. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.
LEAK AT THE CONDENSATION PIPE OF WALK-IN COOLER MUST BE FIXED. Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health.
