LEAK UNDER SAME SINKS FROM AN UNKNOWN SOURCE AND POOLING WATER NOTED WITH WOODEN CABINET IN EXTREMELY POOR REPAIR WITH ROTTING WOOD WHICH APPEARS TO BE THE BREEDING SOURCE OF THE FLIES.
