INTERNAL THERMOMETERES NEEDED IN WALK-IN COOLER=MUST PROVIDE. All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units.
