Found food (ice used for consumption) not protected. Found large clumps of black, slimy, mold-like substance on upper interior of ice machine. Substance found on lower corners of ice tray, on both sides, and along both sides of outer edge of ice tray, from top to bottom. Must remove substance, detail clean and sanitize machine. Ice machine cannot be used until cleaned and sanitize. Serious violation 8-38-005(a).
