NOTED A FEW OPENINGS INTO WALLS AROUND PIPES IN BASEMENT FOOD STORAGE ROOM. MUST SEAL. ALSO WALLS IN SAME AREA NEED TO BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
LIGHT OVER FOOD PREP AREAS MUST BE SHATTER PROOF OR HAVE LIGHT SHIELD.
NOTED AT DISH MACHINE WATER SPILLS ONTO FLOOR UPON RELEASE FROM PIPE TO DRAIN. MUST BE CONTROLED/ADJUSTED TO PREVENT WATER ON FLOOR.
