AT THE BEGINNING OF MY INSPECTION I FOUND NO HOT RUNNING WATER ON PREMISES AT ANY OF THE SINKS. THE WATER TEMPERATURE WAS AT 72.3F. THE OWNER CALLED AND HAD SOMEONE ADJUST THE HOT WATER TANK TO RESTORE THE HOT WATER. THE WATER TEMPERATURE RECOVERED TO 110F BEFORE MY INSPECTION ENDED. INSTRUCTED THAT HOT RUNNING WATER MUST BE ON PREMISES AT ALL SINKS AT ALL TIMES. CRITICAL VIOLATION ISSUED 7-38-030.
OBSERVED TWO TABLES IN THE BASEMENT AREA THAT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN USED TO PREP/SEASON RAW MEAT. OBSERVED SEASONING, KNIVES AND PIECES OF MEAT ON THE TABLES.
