MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE INTERIOR OF THE DEEP FRYERS AND INTERIOR OF THE ICE CREAM FREEZER-REMOVE EXCESS ICE BUILD UP.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS AROUND MOP SINK AND HOT WATER TANK, UNDER/AROUND COOKING EQUIPMENT AND CLEAN FLOOR DRAINS THROUGH OUT.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN THE VENTILATION HOOD.
