FLOORS NEED DETAIL CLEANING THROUGHOUT THE PREP AREA UNDER AROUND AND BEHIND ALL EQUIPMENT. ALSO CLEAN FLOOR IN BASEMENT AND MAINTAIN.
MUST CLEAN WALLS AROUND AND BEHIND EQUIPMENT IN KITCHEN. CLEAN ALL CEILING VENTS IN KITCHEN TO REMOVE DUST OBSERVED.
MUST ORGANIZE AND MAINTAIN ALL STORAGE SPACES; REMOVE UNNECESSARY ITEMS TO AVOID CLUTTER.
ALL FOOD HANDLERS IN FOOD PREP AREA MUST HAVE ON HAIR RESTAINTS AT ALL TIMES.
