ALL OUT OF TEMPERATURE POTENTAILLY HAZARDOUS FOODS VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED AT THIS TIME. INSTRUCTED MANAGER ALL POTENTAILLY HAZARDOUS FOODS MUST BE HELD AT 40 F OR BELOW IF HELD COLD. OBSERVED PEELING PAINT ON SHELVES ABOVE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK AND ACCUMULATED ICE BUILD UP INSIDE FREEZER (BY STEAMBTABLE). MUST REMOVE ALL PEELING PAINT AND REPAINT SHELVES AND REMOVE ICE BUILD UP INSIDE FREEZER.
OBSERVED WATER STAINED/DAMAGED CEILING TILES ABOVE PREP AND DINING AREA. MUST REPLACE ALL DAMAGED CEILING TILES.
