OBSERVED THE EXTERIOR OF EQUIPMENT WITH ACCUMULATED GREASE AND FOOD DEBRIS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE EXTERIOR OF THE EQUIPMENT.
OBSERVED THE FLOOR OF THE 1ST FLOOR PREP AREA WITH WORN GROUT BETWEEN FLOOR TILES CAUSING EXCESS WATER TO POND ON THE FLOOR. INBSTRUCTED TO REPAIR THE GROUT BETWEEN THE FLOOR TILES TO ELIMINATE EXCESS PONDING WATER AND TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.
