hot food stored at 124f on steam well. hot food must be maintained at 135f ( steam well turned off)
repair self closing device at back door
all cooked rte food must be date marked with a used by date- all containers must be labeled( ground meat/ casserole) - not labeled
raw meat observed thawing at room temperature( standing water)
strong sewage smell observed at front entrance/ strong odor
store clean utensils in a way to prevent contamination ( one direction)
clean to clean: sanitize the exterior of the store
do not reuse single containers/ foil after use
