OBSERVED GREASE AND OTHER MATTER AT THE BOTTOM AREA OF THE FRYERS, CLEAN AREA AND CLEAN EXTERIOR SURFACES OF FRYERS. ALSO CLEAN BOTTOM AREA OF PREP TABLES.
INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE WALLS AROUND AND BEHIND EQUIPMENT WHERE NEEDED TO REMOVE SPLATTER AND DIRT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN FLOORS UNDER AROUND AND BEHIND COOKING EQUIPMENT AND STORAGE TO REMOVE GREASE AND OTHER DEBRIS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE PIPES ATTACHED TO COOKING EQUIPMENT IN REAR OF COOKING EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE DUST BUILD UP AND GREASE.
THE VENTS ABOVE THE GRILL IN THE REAR AREA ARE IN NEED OF CLEANING; INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN VENTS.
