MUST REPAINT OR REPLACE YELLOW STAINED CEILING TILES IN KITCHEN PREP AREA.MUST REPAIR HOLE IN WALL BEHIND DOORS WHICH LEAD TO THE KITCHEN PREP AREA.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. THE KNIFE HOLDER, VCM BLADE, REACH IN COOLER INTERIOR CORNERS AND WALK IN COOLER RACKS ARE DIRTY; WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE ALL OF THE FOOD DISPENSING UTENSILS AND EQUIPMENT UNTIL IT IS CLEAN, SANITARY AND MAINTAINED ON A DAILY BASIS.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. THE FLOORS UNDER THE PIZZA PREP COOLER, INSIDE THE OVEN ACCESS PANEL AND BASEMENT DISHROOM ARE DIRTY, CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE FLOORS AND BASEBOARDS SO THEY ARE SMOOTH AND SANITARY FROM CORNER TO CORNER.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. THE WALLS AROUND THE EXPOSED HANDSINK ARE DIRTY AND THE WALLS AND CEILINGS IN THE BASEMENT DISH ROOM ARE PEELING; CLEAN, RESEAL AND MAINTAIN THE WALLS AND CEILINGS SO THEY ARE SMOOTH AND SANITARY FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. CUTTING BOARDS WITH DEEP/DARK GROOVES MUST BE SANDED/BLEACHED OR REPLACE, TO MAKE SURFACES SMOOTH/EASILY CLEANABLE.
