OBSERVED SEVERAL COOKS ON GRILL LINE CHANGE RUBBER GLOVES WITHOUT WASHING HANDS BEFORE OR AFTER GLOVE USE. DISCUSSED PROPER GLOVE USE AND HAND WASHING WITH STAFF AND MANAGER ON DUTY.
