PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED. MANAGEMENT REPAIRED PLUMBING BEFORE END OF INSPECTION AND THE SINK NOW PROVIDES HOT WATER.

OBSERVED FACILITY WITHOUT A CHEMICAL TEST KIT FOR THE SANITIZER BEING USED AT THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK AT TIME OF INSPECTION (QUAT SANITIZER). INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO OBTAIN A TEST KIT THAT ACCURATELY MEASURES THE CONCENTRATION IN MG/L OF SANITIZING SOLUTION AND KEEP ON SITE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED. MANAGEMENT HAS PURCHASED AND PROVIDED TEST STRIPS BEFORE END OF INSPECTION.
NOTED GREASE AND OLD FOOD DEBRIS BUILD UP ON THE WALL UNDERNEATH THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK AND NEAR THE GREASE TRAP. FOUND HEAVY DUST AND DIRT ON THE INTAKE VENT NEAR THE HANDWASHING SINK. MUST DETAIL CLEAN SAID AREAS AND MAINTAIN.
