Found prepackaged muffins on front counter not properly labeled. Instructed to label all prepackaged items with business name, address, list of ingredients and date. Found several prepped potentially hazardous foods without proper label. Must label all prepped potentially hazardous foods with date. Must label all bulk food items with name. Must maintain all.
Must provide shatter proof light bulbs or light shields for basement lighting. Must maintain.
Must provide ventilation over any cooking equipment, such as electric stove. Must install hand washing sink (with hot & cold or tempered water, soap and paper towels) in basement prep area or remove all prepping equipment such as electric stove, microwave, or any other cooking/prepping equipment. Must maintain same.
