All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Prep reach in coolers rubber door gaskets ripped. Must repair/replace all damaged coolers door gaskets.

The following not clean- observed dust build up on rear of condenser in walk in cooler, food build up on lower side of dishmachine drainboard and food accumilated inside prep coolers rubber gaskets. Must clean and maintain all unclean equipment.

Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated. Basement washroom door not self closing. Must install self closing device for washroom door.

Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. Bar handwash bowl clogged. Must repair and maintain sink.
