OBSERVED FROZEN MEATS STORED IN PLASTIC GROCERY BAGS IN THE FREEZER. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO USE ONLY FOOD GRADE STORAGE BAGS OR CONTAINERS. REPLACE BROKEN LIDS AND HEAT WARPED CONTAINERS IN THE COOLERS THAT CAN NO LONGER BE EASILY CLEANED AND SANITIZED. MUST PAINT OR SEAL THE RAW WOOD ALONG THE CEILING IN THE FRONT OF THE KITCHEN AREA.
OBSERVED WET WIPING CLOTHS STORED ON TOP OF THE PREP COOLER AND PREP TABLES. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO STORE WET WIPING CLOTHS IN A CONTAINER OF SANITIZER WHEN NOT IN USE.
ALL FOOD HANDLING EMPLOYEES MUST SHOW PROOF OF FOOD HANDLER TRAINING. MUST PROVIDE.
