OBSERVED POOR HYGIENIC PRACTICES AND BARE HAND CONTACT WITH READY TO EAT FOODS BY FOOD HANDLERS AND CASHIER.OBSERVED FOOD HANDLER COME FROM TOILET ROOM IN TO REAR PREP AREA PUT ON APRON AND THEN PLASTIC GLOVES AND PUT GLOVED HANDS INTO SEASONINGS AND SPRINKLED ON TOP OF CHICKEN WITH OUT WASHING HANDS,WAITRESS HANDLED MENUS AND RUNG THE REGISTER AND HANDLED MONEY,THEN SLICED LIMES AND PUT THEM INTO A BOWL WITH BARE HANDS AND GAVE TO CUSTOMER,ANOTHER FOOD HANDLER CAME IN THE BACK DOOR ,PUT ON GLOVES AND HANDLED AND TOUCHED TONGS AND FOOD WITHOUT WASHING HANDS.INSTRUCTED TO WASH HANDS AFTER EVERY POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION AND NO BARE HAND CONTACT WITH READY TO EAT FOODS.(CRITICAL 7-38-010A)
