Observed spray bottle inside basin of hand sink, and several large items (garbage can, etc.) or pieces of equipment stored in front of hand sink in rear prep area. Hand sink must be easily accessible at all times. Hand sink may only be used for washing hands. Instructed must not store any items inside hand sinks. Operator removed spray bottle and rearranged items to provide access to hand sink during inspection. Critical violation 7-38-030.
