OBSERVED 5 DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF THE PREP AREA AND UNDERNEATH THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK, 5 DROPPINGS IN THE HALLWAY FROM THE JUDO AREA TO THE CHILDCARE ROOM, 25 DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF THE JUDO EXERCISE/STORAGE ROOM, 10 DROPPINGS ALONG WALLS OF THE CHILDCARE AREA, 10 DROPPINGS IN THE ARCHIVES ROOM, 20 DROPPINGS IN THE OFFICE STORAGE ROOM, 10 DROPPINGS IN THE CLOSETS OF THE DINING AREA. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
